THE STORY

In 1996, our founding designer, Julian Woodhouse, visited his first custom tailor in Dongducheon, South Korea with his parents to design custom family suits.

Twenty years later, Woodhouse was stationed at the same military based as an Field Artillery Officer.

In an effort to solve the gender divide in fashion, Julian sought the assistance of a tailor to combine his male bodied proportions with the expansive creative typically found in womenswear.

This act of designing whatever he wanted laid the foundation of what we now call, Wood House Army Made to Order.

We afford our clients the same freedom in silhouette and coloring as a brand.
